Hosting and infrastructure

https://apotheca.ma is a static site served by nginx in a container, hosted on a virtual private server administered by the publisher (Coolify orchestration) with:

• Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany
• www.hetzner.com

The Apotheca application and its API run on the same infrastructure, with a PostgreSQL database and a Redis cache administered by the publisher. The data is therefore hosted in Germany, within the European Union.

Domain names, DNS resolution, content delivery and the web application firewall are provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States), which also serves large media assets from a Cloudflare R2 bucket (https://assets.apotheca.ma). Service emails are delivered by ZeptoMail, a Zoho Corporation service. Hetzner object storage predating the migration to Cloudflare R2 (Falkenstein, Germany) may still hold files uploaded before it.

Intellectual property

All content on this site - text, trademarks, logos, graphics, photographs, video, layout and code - is the exclusive property of BuildOdyscy SARL or its partners unless stated otherwise, and is protected by Moroccan and international intellectual property law, in particular law no. 2-00 on copyright and related rights.

Reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation in whole or in part without prior written permission is prohibited. Consulting the site for personal, non-commercial purposes remains free.

The rights to use the Apotheca software granted to a client pharmacy are governed by the subscription agreement signed with it, not by this page.

Hyperlinks

This site may link to third-party sites the publisher does not control. Their content, data practices and terms are the sole responsibility of their operators. Linking to https://apotheca.ma is permitted, provided it does not harm the publisher's interests or mislead as to the origin of the content.

Limitation of liability

The publisher takes care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, without guaranteeing that it is complete or free of error. Information about features and pricing is indicative: only the agreement signed with the client pharmacy is binding.

The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from accessing the site, using it, or being unable to access it.

This legal notice is governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, Kingdom of Morocco.
